Directorate Fact Sheet
This project is a two-page factsheet designed to communicate the mission, impact, and research priorities of the National Science Foundation’s Directorate for Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE). The layout balances concise explanatory text with strong visual structure to make complex information accessible to a broad audience, including policymakers, researchers, and potential partners.

The design uses a clean, modern editorial system with a blue and green color palette, layered technical imagery, and geometric elements that reflect computing and engineering themes. The first page clearly outlines the CISE mission, major impacts, flagship programs, and partnership approaches using well-defined sections and scannable typography. The second page visually maps key research areas—such as artificial intelligence, robotics, cybersecurity, semiconductors, and STEM education—using a modular hexagonal grid that reinforces interdisciplinarity and connectivity.

Overall, the factsheet functions as a high-impact outreach and briefing tool, translating a broad research portfolio into a clear, visually engaging format that supports awareness, collaboration, and strategic communication for the CISE Directorate.
