ARTE Army Research and Technical Exchange

A comprehensive event communications system developed for the Army Research and Technical Exchange (ARTE), designed to support attendee engagement, wayfinding, and information sharing before and during the conference. The suite includes large-format banners and posters, directional signage, welcome displays, and a multi-page event booklet.

The visual identity is bold and mission-focused, using a black, gold, and gray palette combined with high-contrast typography and diagonal graphic elements inspired by tactical and technical motifs. Photography of soldiers, researchers, and advanced equipment reinforces the connection between cutting-edge research and real-world defense applications.

Posters and banners provide clear messaging for registration, schedules, technical demonstrations, and event logistics, while directional graphics support on-site navigation. The event booklet organizes detailed content—agendas, breakout sessions, research portfolios, poster sessions, and leadership messages—into a structured, easy-to-navigate format.
