Employee Service Center Web Pages

This project involved the design of a suite of responsive web pages for the National Science Foundation’s Employee Service Center, focused on improving access to internal programs, benefits, and services. The pages support multiple initiatives—including the After Hours Program, Transit Subsidy Program, Child Care Subsidy Program, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and general service navigation—within a unified digital experience.

The design emphasizes clarity, usability, and consistency across programs. Clean layouts, clear information hierarchies, and intuitive iconography guide users through key actions such as applying for benefits, managing accounts, accessing resources, and finding answers to common questions. Color-coded banners and program-specific visual treatments help distinguish individual services while maintaining alignment with NSF branding.

Fully responsive layouts ensure a seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices, with dashboard-style navigation and modular content blocks supporting quick scanning and efficient task completion. Overall, the project delivers a cohesive, user-centered web solution that simplifies complex administrative processes and enhances the day-to-day employee experience at NSF.
